Shipping and Delivery
Little Seed currently only ship within Australia. Orders will be dispatched within five days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public of holidays)
Flat rate fee of $8.00 for all orders sent within Australia via Australia Post regular mail. Tracking is included with this option. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been posted, using your PayPal email provided during payment.
If you would like your order sent using express postage, please select this shipping option when checking out.
All postage and any insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. The buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, usually a couple of days but can be up to 7-10 days during peak times. As we are located in Perth, Western Australia orders can take a little bit longer to arrive. Always check your tracking number to see where your order is at.
Parcels will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct. Any orders returned to Little Seed Handmade Jewellery due to incorrect address will need to pay postage again before they are re-posted.
Little Seed Handmade Jewellery is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Little Seed accepts no responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit with Australia Post.
Shipping Options
We offer a range of shipping options at the checkout:
Standard Shipping (automatic sending option): regular domestic post with tracking (will be left at front door if unattended). Just let us know if you want to upgrade to signature on delivery- additional costs will apply.
Express shipping: accelerated domestic post, with signature on delivery.
If you qualify for free shipping (minimum spend $50.00), we will send your order via standard post including tracking but no signature on delivery.
