How can i become a wholesaler for little seed?

Once you are registered as a stockist you will be issues with a password to enter the “wholesale” section of the website.
Can you make something custom for me?
Absolutely! If you have a specific design or theme you are interested in please get in contact to discuss. You can use the “contact” form or email pip.littleseed@gmail.com
We have made a number of special orders using image inspiration supplied by the client. Examples include earrings for a dance troupe, a lapel pin for a groom and a set of memory charms to attach to a wedding bouquet.
Help! I think I have lost my parcel!
Once a shipment has been marked as “delivered” we are no longer responsible for the package, but we are happy to help in any way we can. If the package is marked as “delivered” but you have not yet received it please try the following:
Check with friends and family or neighbours to see if the package was left with them.
Contact your local post office and lodge a “lost item” report.
Contact pip.littleseed@gmail.com to let us know, please include your lost item report reference number.
We request that your report your lost or stolen package to Australia Post (and Little Seed) within seven days of the marked delivery date.
My parcel was damaged in transit, what do i do?
In the rare event that your order has been damaged in transit, please contact pip.littleseed@gmail.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Please keep all packaging and take photographs so we can assess your issue without delay.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will endeavour to work quickly to reach a suitable resolution for all parties involved. Little Seed Handmade Jewellery will cover any costs of return and re-shipping for an order where there is an error on our behalf.
